Stud Nation – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stud Nation. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Standard processing time is 3–5 business days.
  • During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take 5–10 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order ships.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather conditions.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us.

 

4. Shipping Locations

Stud Nation currently ships to:

  • All U.S. states and territories
  • Select international countries (availability shown at checkout)

If your country is not listed, we may not ship there yet.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship the order once the customer pays the reshipping fee.
  • Refunds for items returned due to address errors may be issued minus shipping costs.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Stud Nation is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Packages lost or delayed by the carrier
  • Damage caused during transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

 

7. International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

 

8. Pre‑Orders & Made‑to‑Order Items

Some items (especially limited‑edition T‑shirts) may be:

  • Pre‑order
  • Made‑to‑order

Shipping timelines for these items will be clearly stated on the product page. Ordering pre‑order items with in‑stock items may delay your entire shipment.
